Location: Honolulu, HI

Duties: Serves in the role of In-house agent. Generates new business through inbound and outbound sales calls from highly interested potential customers. Handles common and some moderately difficult policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries over the telephone. Adheres to sales, service and quality standards adopted by the department/ company. Services and maintains a small book of business with a minimum premium quota.

Education and/or Experience:    

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelor’s degree in Business discipline preferred. 
• 1 to 2 years personal lines insurance experience required to include call center, customer service, and/or sales experience.
• Equivalent education, experience, and training will be considered.  

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Hawaii state Property and Casualty Solicitor’s License obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s license and use of own vehicle.

Salary Range: $20.50 To $23.00 Hourly
