The Financial Analyst plays a dual role, providing high-level financial analysis and strategic support while also managing administrative responsibilities for the president of Island Insurance. Underwrite new and renewal Personal and Commercial Property & Casualty business within Contract carrier’s established guidelines, with emphasis on production.

Primarily responsible for small to mid-size commercial lines accounts.  Generate new accounts and develop relationships with clients.   Perform tasks associated with maintaining and servicing existing accounts in accordance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines.

Able to handle a sizeable book of business with minimal supervision. Support assigned Producer(s) with the processing and servicing of new and renewal mid to large commercial lines accounts in accordance with agency’s policies and procedures.

Independently manage a large book of business, supporting assigned Producers with new and renewal large commercial lines accounts per agency policies.
